Nick and Bob have decided to join forces and create this petition to lobby the European Union to have this unfair tax "VAT" removed from silver bullion coins & bars of 99.9 fine Silver. We know that there are a lot of like minded individuals out there who feel the same way and ask for your support to show solidarity by signing this petition.
Nick Williams organizes the Gold & Silver Investment Summit out of London UK, and has organized the Silver Investment Summit since 2006. Nick has been active in the mining & precious metals sector since 1999 and over this time has made substantial contacts from fund managers to mining executives, and continues to network this sector.
Bob Weaver has a background in Engineering Surveys and runs a small site engineering company based in London. He began looking into precious metals as late as 2007 and along with Ben Yaghooby formed a bullion merchant company in early 2009. W Y Argent commission and stock the Silver Rose, a one troy ounce fine silver round for the silver investor. He actively argues against VAT on silver bullion as an unjust tax.
We are looking for your support in getting this petition out to as many people as possible and joining forces with anyone who would be willing to help us by lobbying their local Member of European parliament towards our cause, and welcome any information you can send us on historic laws that we can post onto our press page.
We also call upon everyone who resides outside the EU to show support to our cause by signing this petition.
